WHAT ARE THE BEST AT-HOME TREATMENTS?

For me, the best deep treatments to do at home are:

Tokio Premium : This includes a shampoo, conditioner, and serum. Apply the shampoo, rinse, then apply a second shampoo, do not rinse, and apply the conditioner over it, strand by strand. You can then detangle your hair and leave it on for 5 to 10 minutes before rinsing. For the final step, apply the serum just before drying.

Olaplex Treatment : This consists of a spray to prepare dry hair for the repair process, a cream to reduce hair breakage, a nourishing and repairing shampoo, and a conditioner to tame frizz and reduce split ends. For application:

  1. Apply the spray strand by strand to clean, well-towel-dried hair, detangle, and leave on for 5 to 10 minutes.
  2. Directly apply the cream strand by strand, detangle, and leave on for 15 minutes, then rinse.
  3. Follow with the shampoo and conditioner.

Important note : Follow all steps of the treatment carefully; the spray and cream are inseparable.

SHOULD YOU CUT YOUR HAIR AFTER SUMMER?

I always recommend cutting your ends after summer, and even every two to three months, to remove split ends, but also to help your hair grow better and look healthier! I advise getting a split end trim, which doesn't remove length but just the very tip of the hair.

WHAT IS THE BEST SALON TREATMENT?

I always recommend cutting your ends after summer, and even every two to three months, to remove split ends, but also to help your hair grow better and look healthier! I advise getting a split end trim, which doesn't remove length but just the very tip of the hair.

It is suitable for all hair types, and I recommend it for both women and men.
