The Disciplines

Pilates, Yoga, Barre & Ballet Training: one subscription, multiple disciplines to sculpt your body, calm your mind, and lengthen your silhouette, gently.

Pilates

Pilates

Pilates at Maison Of(f) Wellness is the art of deep strengthening while respecting the body.
Each session is designed to work the core, refine posture, protect the back and lengthen the silhouette, with precise, fluid and controlled movements.

Through mat sequences, guided breathing, and attention to detail, you learn to feel stronger, more stable, and lighter in your daily life and in your sports practice.

Accessible to different levels, Pilates becomes a true appointment to tone, sculpt, and gain mobility… all while building a solid foundation for all other classes at the studio.

Yoga

Yoga

Yoga invites us to harmonize body and mind through movement, breath, and present moment awareness. More than just a physical practice, it creates a space for listening, recentering, and calming, while developing mobility, strength, flexibility, and balance.

At Maison Of(f) Wellness, we offer, among other things, Vinyasa Yoga classes, a fluid and dynamic practice where each movement is guided by the breath. Poses are linked precisely to awaken the body, release tension, improve posture, and circulate energy.

Practiced regularly, yoga profoundly transforms the body: it refines posture, strengthens deep muscles, improves body awareness, and brings a lasting feeling of lightness.

Accessible according to individual levels and intentions, yoga becomes a valuable ritual for calming the mind, regaining energy, and fully reconnecting with oneself.

Ballet Training & Barre

Ballet Training & Barre

Barre & Ballet Training is where classical dance, Pilates, and gentle strengthening meet.
We work on support, posture, and the precision of arms and legs to reshape the body's lines, refine posture, and gain grace, control, and stability.

Through exercises inspired by the ballet barre, floor barre, and postural work, we perform a series of small, targeted movements to awaken glutes, thighs, abs, and back, all while lengthening the silhouette.
We sculpt without impact, burn gently, improve balance and coordination, all while cultivating a true awareness of movement.

No need to be a dancer: these practices are accessible to different levels and invite you to feel stronger, more toned, more elegant... both on the mat and in everyday life.

Shapes in Motion ®

Shapes in Motion ®

Created by Laure Dary, Shapes in Motion© is a unique method, freely inspired by yoga postures, dancer's barre techniques, and dance movement.

This practice works the entire body by combining toning, flexibility, balance, and fluidity. The postures flow precisely to strengthen deep muscles, improve mobility, and develop better body awareness.

Particular attention is paid to transitions to create continuous, elegant, and controlled movement. More than just a workout, Shapes in Motion© invites you to sculpt the body while regaining range of motion, grace, and a feeling of freedom in movement.

This method is primarily intended for individuals who already have a regular movement practice, with an intermediate to advanced level, to fully benefit from the intensity, precision, and fluidity of the sequences.

Stretching

Stretching

Stretching is a practice dedicated to the flexibility of the entire body. Through gentle, precise, and progressive movements, it improves mobility, releases muscle tension, and restores greater range of motion.

At Maison Of(f) Wellness, stretching is also inspired by the rigor and finesse of a dancer's work. The practice combines passive flexibility, to allow the body to deeply relax, and active flexibility, to learn to control one's range of motion, strengthen deep muscles, and gain stability.

This approach helps to lengthen the silhouette, release areas of tension, and develop a more mobile, fluid, and conscious body. Muscles become longer and more supple, movement gains elegance, and the mind finds peace.

An essential discipline to complement other practices, improve posture, prevent stiffness, and regain a lasting sensation of lightness, balance, and freedom in the body.

Your Face

Your Face

Because the face and neck have numerous muscles, it is essential to treat them with as much care as the rest of the body. Face yoga encourages precise, gentle, and regular care for this area through targeted exercises, self-massage, and acupressure techniques.

At Maison Of(f) Wellness, this practice is designed as a holistic ritual to tone facial muscles, release tension, stimulate circulation, and restore radiance to the skin. The techniques also promote drainage, relax features, and improve skin quality over time.

Practiced regularly, face yoga helps to naturally firm, smooth, and revitalize the face, while providing a deep sense of relaxation. It is a gentle and conscious approach to self-care, revealing the skin's natural radiance and reconnecting beauty, well-being, and movement.
