Summer, that time of year when everything slows down, giving way to relaxation, letting go, and idleness, is also an opportune time to implement new habits. That's why this year, I wanted to create a slightly different program for you, like a "perfect box" that would bring together everything you need to take care of yourself during this period.
Upon your arrival, you will find all the content of the Summer Selfcare program so you can choose your classes according to your desires and needs, based on your rhythm and your summer schedule.
You can pick from our different categories each day and create your customized program that will accompany you during your holidays. This way, we continue to work precisely between strength and flexibility for a firm and supple body. Don't hesitate to repeat the classes several times throughout these two months to see real results, both for your body and your mind.
You often asked me for them in previous years, so I have also designed classes that address specific issues related to the summer period, such as "how to relieve heavy legs" or "how to let go of accumulated stress throughout the year."
You'll find classes of different durations that can easily fit into your days without adding an extra burden – again, it's better to move for 20 minutes daily than for an hour from time to time.
Finally, I am fortunate to be accompanied on this program by two experts I adore: Mariska, who will talk to us about self-massage, and Claire Andreewitch, who will give us her best food and beauty tips to feel good all summer.
For those who want more challenge and intensity, I recommend combining Summer Selfcare with Intensive Program 1, which is making a comeback this summer. It wasn't recorded in the right format, the sound isn't optimal, but I loved creating it 4 years ago, and I know you love it too! It's part of the Maison Of(f) Wellness history, so I'll let you (re)discover it. You'll find a well-established schedule to follow to appreciate its evolution.
Regarding the schedule, it's very simple: you have two options:
- Switch between Summer Selfcare and Intensive 1 every other day.
- Do a Summer Selfcare class every day and follow it with an Intensive class (on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays).
