This program has been designed to support you for 3 weeks, with 1 class per day, to establish a complete routine centered on movement, tone, flexibility, and energy.
Each day, you will find a session with a specific intention: strengthening the body, sculpting the figure, improving mobility, releasing tension, or regaining more fluidity in your movements. The goal is to create a balance between strength and flexibility, intensity and gentleness, control and freedom.
Throughout the program, you will work your entire body with a holistic and conscious approach: core, legs, glutes, arms, back, posture, breathing, and mobility. Each class will help you feel more toned, more aligned, more flexible, and more connected to your sensations.
As always, progress at your own pace and listen to your body. You can adapt the intensity according to your energy levels each day, repeat certain sessions if you feel the need, and treat this program as a true daily appointment with yourself.
