Beginner Vinyasa Yoga

Welcome to your program

It was designed to guide you step-by-step through the discovery of Vinyasa Yoga, a fluid practice that links breath to movement. The goal is to help you build a solid foundation, better understand essential alignments, and progressively develop more mobility, strength, balance, and body awareness.

For 4 weeks, you will find 2 classes per week, each built around a specific theme: flexibility, breathwork, detox, balance, or even first approaches to inversions. Each session will allow you to explore fundamental postures with precision, while learning to move more fluidly and consciously.

You will also find tutorials dedicated to essential postures and the use of props, to help you better understand placements, adapt the practice to your body, and progress confidently on the mat.

Take the time to listen to your body, breathe fully, and build your practice step by step. This program is a wonderful gateway to establishing a solid, gentle, and lasting foundation in your Vinyasa Yoga practice. And don't hesitate if you have any questions!
