For 3 weeks, you will find 3 classes per week, designed to progressively guide you in getting back into motion. Each session will allow you to move, breathe, tone, and deeply awaken your body, while stimulating your energy and releasing tension.
A 4th free week is planned for you to repeat the classes, revisit the sessions that resonated most with you, and allow your body time to integrate the program's effects. This week is important for consolidating your routine, observing your sensations, and extending the benefits of the reset at your own pace.
Throughout the sessions, you will find my classes to move, breathe, tone, and deeply awaken your body. Each practice has been designed to help you stimulate your energy, release tension, regain fluidity, and reconnect movement to your sensations.
This program is also an invitation to take care of yourself holistically: your body, your breathing, your energy, your recovery, and your daily rituals. The idea is not to seek perfection, but to gradually return to a healthier, simpler, and more regular routine.
You will also find advice from our two expert guests, who will complete the experience with their recommendations on well-being, balance, and habits to establish to prolong the program's benefits.
