This program has been designed as an autumn reset, to help you get back to a more regular routine, boost your energy, and take care of your body again after the sometimes intense pace of the back-to-school season.
For 3 weeks, you will find 3 classes per week, designed to tone the entire body, awaken the core, improve posture, and bring movement back into your weeks. For each session, always start with the breathing exercises, to re-center yourself, prepare the body for practice, and gently activate the core before moving on to the day's class.
A 4th free week is planned for you to redo classes, revisit the sessions that helped you the most, and allow your body time to integrate the benefits of the program. This week is important for consolidating your routine and observing your sensations.
You will also find bonus classes, especially around stomach vacuum, to better understand deep abdominal engagement, breathing, and core work. This bonus will allow you to refine your awareness of your abdomen, improve your posture, and strengthen your abdominal muscles with gentleness and precision.
