This program was designed to support you throughout the autumn, with a complete routine built around Pilates, Yoga, and Barre. The goal is to reintroduce movement into your weeks, revitalize your energy, and work your body comprehensively, combining strengthening, mobility, flexibility, and toning.
For 3 weeks, you will have 3 classes per week, with a different discipline each week.
Week 1 is dedicated to Pilates, to strengthen your core, improve posture, and re-establish a strong foundation.
Week 2 focuses on Yoga, to work on breathing, balance, mobility, and fluidity of movement.
Week 3 concentrates on Barre, to tone legs, glutes, core, and awaken the body's energy.
The classes are led by Laure Dary, founder of Maison Of(f) Wellness, and Amandine, Maison Of(f) Wellness coach, to offer you a varied, precise, and balanced practice.
A 4th free week is planned for you to repeat classes, revisit the sessions you enjoyed most, and allow your body time to integrate the benefits of the program.
