This program has been designed to support you in working on inverted postures, with a progression planned to build the strength, mobility, and confidence necessary for this practice. The level is intermediate-advanced: it is therefore preferable to already have a regular yoga practice and a good awareness of your body alignment.
Guided by Laure Dary, founder of Maison Of(f) Wellness, and Amandine, Maison Of(f) Wellness coach, this program will allow you to work on the essential foundations of inversions: core, arms, back, shoulders, stability, alignment, and breathing.
Throughout the sessions, you will find preparatory work focusing on shoulder mobility, strengthening the shoulder girdle, deep core engagement, and balance. Each class will help you better understand how to engage the body, transfer weight, find your points of support, and gradually progress towards inverted postures.
The goal is not to master a posture at all costs, but to build a solid, intelligent, and safe practice. Take the time to repeat the exercises, listen to your sensations, and adapt the options according to your energy levels for the day.
This program is a wonderful invitation to explore inversions with patience, precision, and confidence, while deeply strengthening the body and refining your yoga practice.
