Low Impact | Level Up

Welcome to your program

This program has been designed to help you reach a new level in your practice, with an advanced to expert level, intense but low-impact. The objective is to deeply strengthen the body, gain control, mobility, and endurance, while continuing to protect your joints.

The program runs for 4 full weeks, each dedicated to a specific discipline to progressively and comprehensively develop the body.

Week 1 is dedicated to Barre, to tone legs, glutes, core, and work on posture with precision.
Week 2 combines Yoga and Shapes in Motion, to develop fluidity, range, mobility, and movement awareness.
Week 3 is dedicated to Ballet Training, with exercises inspired by dancers to strengthen, lengthen, and sculpt the body with elegance.
Week 4 focuses on Stretching, to release tension, improve flexibility, and allow the body to integrate the benefits of the program.

Each week will allow you to work the body differently, between strengthening, toning, mobility, flexibility, and fluidity. Even without impact, the intensity will be present thanks to control, precise repetitions, range of motion, transitions, and deep muscular engagement.

As always, prioritize the quality of movement over speed or quantity. Breathe, adapt if necessary, and stay connected to your alignments. This program is an invitation to challenge yourself with intelligence, precision, and awareness, to feel stronger, more aligned, and freer in your body.
