My Daily Routine

Welcome to your program

This program was designed as a short, simple, and regular practice week, to help you create a true daily wellness ritual. The goal is to allow you to move, breathe, and re-center yourself every day, even when you have little time.

For 1 week, you will find 1 class per day, designed around different chakras, to work on balance, grounding, fluidity, energy, and body awareness. You will also have access to a breathing video, to use whenever you feel the need to calm your mind, prepare for your practice, or simply come back to yourself.

The sessions last approximately 15 minutes and can be done at any time of the day. You can practice them in the morning to wake up your body, during the day to regain energy, or in the evening to release tension and re-center yourself.

You can also combine a My Daily Routine practice with a studio class, a more intensive program, or a gym class. This program can become your daily foundation, your warm-up, your re-centering moment, or your little end-of-day ritual.

As always, listen to your body. If some postures are too intense, don't force it: stay in the previous posture, adapt the movement, and resume when you feel ready. The key is to practice regularly, gently, and with awareness.

Take these 15 minutes as an appointment with yourself, to move, breathe, re-center, and establish a simple routine that you can return to whenever you need it.
