Pilates Level 3

Welcome to your program

This program is the natural progression from Pilates Level 1 and Pilates Level 2. The foundations are now established: breathing, pelvic alignment, core engagement, control, and precision. In this third level, we delve deeper into intensity, fluidity, and mastery of movement.

For 3 weeks, you will have 3 classes per week, designed to progressively evolve your practice. Each session will allow you to strengthen your core, back, waist, glutes, and the entire body with more demanding exercises, smoother transitions, and genuine coordination work.

A 4th free week is planned for you to repeat classes, revisit the most challenging sessions, and give your body time to integrate the movements.

The goal of this program is to gain power, stability, endurance, and precision, while maintaining execution quality at the heart of each movement.
