This program has been designed as a true foundation for your Pilates practice. The goal is to help you understand the essential basics: breathing, pelvic placement, core engagement, spinal mobility, and body stability in each movement.
For 3 weeks, you will find 3 classes per week, to establish regular progression and allow you to integrate the fundamentals step by step. Session after session, you will learn to move with more precision, to better feel your center, and to understand why each placement is important.
A 4th free week is provided to give you time to repeat classes, revisit the sessions that resonated most with you, deepen your sensations, and consolidate the basics at your own pace. You will also find replays of our live classes, to extend the program experience, to add to your schedule whenever you wish.
The classes are organized progressively to allow you to advance without strain, while building a more stable, toned, and conscious body. The idea is to strengthen the core deeply, protect your back, and improve your posture through precise and sustainable practice.
Take the time to repeat sessions if necessary, observe your sensations, and revisit placements that seem essential to you. The stronger the foundations, the more fluidly your practice can then evolve towards more intense programs like Pilates Level 2 and the other studio classes.
