Pilates Level 2

Welcome to your program

This program is the natural progression from Pilates Level 1. The foundations are laid; you are already familiar with the fundamentals: breathing, pelvic placement, core engagement, and precision of movement. Here, we will maintain this quality of execution while gradually increasing the intensity.

For 3 weeks, you will find 3 classes per week, designed to help you evolve step by step towards a more fluid, deeper, and more demanding practice. The sessions will allow you to further strengthen your core, back, waist, and glutes, with more dynamic sequences and a true focus on control.

4th free week is scheduled for you to retake classes, revisit the most challenging sessions, and integrate the movements at your own pace. This week will allow you to deepen your sensations, consolidate your progress, and assess your body's evolution on the mat.

You will also find replays of our live classes, to extend the program's experience and benefit from additional support throughout your practice.

The goal of this program is to help you gain strength, stability, and precision, without losing awareness of movement. Take the time to listen to your body, breathe deeply, and prioritize quality over intensity.

At the end of these weeks, you should feel stronger, more supported, and more engaged in every movement. Pilates Level 2 marks a real evolution in your practice and naturally prepares you to go even further in the studio's other classes and programs.
