Welcome to your program

This program has been designed to teach you how to stretch properly, to better understand your body, and to establish a simple, progressive, and accessible flexibility routine. The goal is to help you gain range of motion, release muscle tension, and practice stretches with greater precision.

The program's structure is designed to easily fit into your schedule: you'll find 2 classes per week to add to your usual sports routine. These sessions can be practiced in addition to your classes on the platform, your gym workouts, your running outings, or any other physical activity.

Throughout the classes, you will work on the essential areas of the body: hips, legs, hamstrings, quadriceps, calves, back, shoulders, and spine. Each session will guide you through positioning, breathing, and the sensations to look for, so you can progress without ever overdoing it.

This program is very suitable if you are new to stretching, but also if you run or engage in regular sports activity. Stretching will help you recover better, loosen up your lower body, and release accumulated tension in your legs, hips, and back.

The videos are designed as a routine to repeat whenever you feel the need. Flexibility requires patience and regularity: the more you repeat the sessions, the more your body understands the positions, relaxes, and gradually gains mobility.

As always, listen to your body. Don't try to go too far too fast: breathe, adapt postures if necessary, and progress step by step. The goal is to build lasting, pleasant, and body-respecting flexibility.
