This program was designed to help you with targeted work on your upper body: your back, shoulders, neck, rib cage, arms, and spine. The goal is to help you regain more range of motion, mobility, and freedom in an area often marked by daily tension.
We'll start with a warm-up and then move on to today's session!
Over the course of the sessions, you will alternate between passive flexibility and active flexibility, to release tension while developing more controlled mobility. The idea is not just to stretch, but also to learn to better understand your positioning, to breathe into postures, and to create space in your upper body.
This program is particularly beneficial if you feel stiffness in your shoulders, back, or neck, if you spend a lot of time sitting, or if you want to improve your posture and ease in daily movements as well as in your sports practice.
The videos are designed as a routine that you can repeat regularly. Flexibility requires patience and regularity: the more you repeat the sessions, the more your body integrates the positions, releases tension, and gradually gains range of motion.
Take the time to breathe, listen to your sensations, and never force anything. The goal is to build more fluid, conscious, and lasting mobility throughout your upper body.
