This program was designed to guide you through a comprehensive workout to precisely sculpt your body, inspired by Pilates, barre, and dancer training exercises. The goal is to strengthen the body deeply while maintaining a sense of length, fluidity, and precision in every movement.
For 3 weeks, you will find 3 classes per week, designed to help you progress step by step. Each session will allow you to work your entire body: legs, glutes, waist, arms, back, core, but also posture, balance, and alignment.
The classes are structured to create a genuine sensation of muscle work, with precise, sometimes intense, but always controlled movements. The idea is to sculpt the body without overworking it, to engage deep muscles, and to rediscover that quality of movement inspired by dance: more held, more stable, more elegant.
A 4th free week is planned for you to repeat classes, revisit the most challenging sessions, and integrate the sensations at your own pace. This week will allow you to consolidate your progress, refine your positioning, and feel the benefits of the program even more.
