This program has been designed as a spring reset, to help you regain energy, revitalize your body, and establish a lighter, more dynamic routine. The level is intermediate-advanced: the sessions are therefore designed to challenge you, while keeping precision, control, and movement quality at the heart of the practice.
Throughout the program, you will find dynamic and targeted classes, structured to stimulate circulation, awaken the core, tone the entire body, and rediscover a feeling of lightness. Each session will allow you to move with intention, sweat, engage deep muscles, and create more fluidity in your body.
To complement this movement-based approach, you will also be guided by Sybille Montignac, a dietitian, who will share her advice on diet, balance, and the Montignac method. The goal is to provide you with a more global approach to the spring reset, combining physical practice, energy, nutrition, and good daily habits.
As always, listen to your body. If some variations are too intense, adapt, slow down, or return to a more accessible option. The idea is to practice with regularity, rigor, and awareness, to emerge from the program feeling more toned, lighter, and more aligned with your seasonal energy.
