Spring Reset | Morning Club

Welcome to your program

This program was created in collaboration with Morning Club as a reset week to help you boost your energy, awaken your body, and establish new rituals for spring.

For 7 days, you will find 1 class per day, guided by Laure Dary, founder of Maison Of(f) Wellness. Each session has been designed to gently and precisely support the body, working on mobility, breathing, fluidity, strengthening, and releasing tension.

Each class is associated with a meditation created by Marie Sequeira, founder of Morning Club, to extend the experience beyond movement. The idea is to create a complete ritual: move, breathe, recenter yourself, and take a few minutes to reconnect with yourself.

This program can be practiced in the morning to start the day with more clarity, or at any time when you feel the need to reconnect with your body and your energy.

As always, go at your own pace, listen to your body, and let this week be a refreshing break. Spring Reset is an invitation to move with awareness, to slow down when necessary, and to establish a softer, more stable, and more aligned energy for the season.
