Welcome to your program

This program has been designed as a complete challenge to help you tone, sculpt and make your body more flexible. The objective is to work on different parts of the body with precision, while developing that feeling of longer, leaner, more toned and more mobile muscles.

Every day, your practice is organized as a true wellness ritual. You will start with breathing, to recenter yourself, awaken your energy and prepare your body to move. You will then continue with the daily focus class, dedicated to a specific area of the body or a precise intention. Finally, you will finish with the plank challenge, to strengthen your abdominal core, improve stability and engage your center deeply.

The program includes short but intense sessions, designed to easily fit into your daily life while creating real muscle work. Each class will allow you to target a body area, strengthen your posture, engage your core, and move with more control and awareness.

To get the best results, consistency will be your best ally. Feel free to repeat the classes several times throughout the program, listen to your sensations and adapt the intensity according to your energy level each day. You can also supplement your schedule with 2 45-minute sessions of brisk walking or running per week, to vary the disciplines.

Throughout this experience, you will also find advice from Aurélie Seriné in naturopathy. Her guidance will complement the physical practice with a more global approach to well-being, focusing on energy, balance and good habits to integrate into your daily life.
