This program was filmed by Laure Dary, founder of Maison Of(f) Wellness, and Coline, Maison Of(f) Wellness coach, to guide you through a comprehensive exploration of mobility, flexibility, and conscious movement.
For 3 weeks, you will find 3 classes per week, designed to take care of your body and joints. The sessions combine Pilates, flexibility, and mobility, to work on range of motion, control, stability, and movement quality.
A 4th free week is planned for you to repeat classes, revisit the sessions that helped you the most, and allow your body time to integrate the benefits of the program. This week will allow you to deepen your sensations, observe your progress, and build more sustainable mobility.
Each practice invites you to move mindfully, breathe, release tension, and strengthen the muscles that support your joints. The goal is to rediscover a freer, more stable, more mobile, and more aligned body, without forcing anything.
