This program was recorded at the Paradis Beachcomber in Mauritius, designed as a true wellness week focused on movement, breathing, and reconnecting with the body.
For 1 week, you'll find 1 class per day, each built around a different discipline or intention. Pilates, Yoga, Barre, Stretching, and conscious movement will punctuate your week to work the body holistically: strengthening, mobility, flexibility, posture, fluidity, and tension release.
Each session was conceived as a moment for you, to practice from home, while experiencing the sunny and soothing energy of Mauritius. The goal is to enable you to move regularly, vary your sensations, and take care of your body with precision, gentleness, and awareness.
You can follow the program day by day, or repeat classes according to your needs and energy at the moment. As always, listen to your body, adapt options if necessary, and prioritize movement quality.
Wellness Week is an invitation to offer yourself a complete wellness break, like a remote retreat, to feel more mobile, more toned, lighter, and fully reconnected to your sensations.
