Winter Boost

Welcome to your program

This program has been designed to help you maintain a regular practice throughout the winter, combining strengthening, mobility, breathing, and energy. The goal is to awaken the body, deeply tone it, and guide you through a complete routine that is both stimulating and balanced.

For 3 weeks, you will find 3 classes per week, alternating between Pilates with accessories, guided by Laure Dary, founder of Maison Of(f) Wellness, and Yoga classes, guided by Amandine, Maison Of(f) Wellness coach.

The Pilates section will allow you to precisely work on your core, posture, legs, glutes, arms, and the entire body. The accessories will intensify sensations, strengthen control, and bring true depth to muscle work.

The Yoga section will complement this practice with more fluidity, breathing, and mobility. These sessions will help you open up your body, release tension, and restore better energy flow.

A 4th free week is planned to repeat classes, revisit the sessions that helped you the most, and allow your body time to integrate the benefits of the program. You will also find 2 live class replays to extend the experience and practice with additional support.

Consider this program a true seasonal boost: an appointment to move, breathe, strengthen yourself, and take care of your body during winter. As always, adapt the options according to your energy levels for the day and prioritize movement quality over intensity.
