WELCOME TO THE "7 DAYS NYC MORNING ROUTINE"
- This routine is specially designed to help you start your days right.
- Classes should be done on an empty stomach upon waking.
- They are not meant to replace your daily workout but to teach you how to implement a morning routine.
- You can first do the routines in the order I have defined, and then choose the routine that suits your needs for the day.
