Description

In this Pilates class, we will focus on a key area: spinal mobility and deep core strengthening.
Through precise and fluid movements, we will mobilize each segment of the spine to restore space, flexibility, and fluidity to the back. Simultaneously, the core and back will be strengthened to support the spine and stabilize every movement.
The goal is to regain a more mobile yet stronger spine, capable of supporting daily movements with greater control and ease.
