Description
A Level 2 Pilates class focused on the core and back to strengthen, support, and lengthen the entire spine. We start on the floor with breathing, pelvic work, and chest lifts, then progressively increase intensity with roll-ups, teasers, and bridges to deeply mobilize and tone. Perfect if you want to protect your back while sculpting your abs, improve your posture, and gain stability. Expect precise, fluid, and demanding work... but always with control.
