Description
In this mobility yoga class, we will explore spinal opening and shoulder mobility, two key areas for creating space in the upper body.
Through a progression of fluid movements and targeted preparations, we will mobilize the spine in all its directions—flexion, extension, rotations—while progressively freeing the shoulder girdle. Working on the shoulders and opening the heart will bring more freedom to the upper back and more fluidity to breathing.
The practice will gradually guide us towards Kapotasana, a deep opening pose that requires mobility, stability, and presence.
