Description
A targeted lower-body Barre class to precisely sculpt legs and glutes, while working on alignment and posture. We alternate between floor and standing series with short repetitions, pulses, and isometric holds that engage deep muscles: glutes, thighs, waist, adductors, and calves. The pace is intense but controlled, with constant attention to placement for effective, elegant, and safe work. You'll leave with that signature Barre feeling: long legs, activated glutes, and a strong, toned lower body.Objectives: tone legs & glutes, refine, strengthen, improve alignment, stability, and muscular endurance.
