Description
This Pilates class focuses on the lower body and waist, with a dynamic, engaging, and decidedly spicy approach, all while maintaining precision and control.
The session is built around the Side Kick Series and variations of the Side Plank, intensified by the use of a resistance band to increase muscle work, lateral stability, and endurance.
The objective is to:
• strengthen the glutes and lateral leg muscles,
• slim and tone the waist,
• improve pelvic and core stability,
• develop power, coordination, and control in lateral planes.
The sequences are progressive, challenging, and rhythmic, with a particular focus on alignment, dissociation, and quality of hold, for deep and effective work without loss of precision.
An ideal class for those who want to challenge their practice, strengthen the lower body, and work on their waist with intensity and precision.
