Description

A stretching class designed as a moment to pause and take an internal inventory. A break to clearly observe where stress is imprinted, where tensions reside, and how the body tells us what we haven't always taken the time to listen to.
Through deep, slow, and conscious stretches, this class invites you to refine your sensations, to identify areas of tension, resistance, and accumulated fatigue, and then to gradually release them, without forcing.
It's a practice of presence and listening, almost like a body scan in motion, to return to yourself with more awareness, more space, and more gentleness.
A true moment of physical and mental assessment, to identify what needs to be released and allow the body to regain a sense of calm, balance, and availability.
