Description
In this Pilates class, discover a glute + waist focus to sculpt the lower body and slim the figure. We'll alternate glute series and side kicks to intensely activate the hips, glutes, and obliques. This Level 2 class is ideal for working on leg power, stabilizing the pelvis, and creating a sculpted and dynamic waistline.
