Description
This Pilates class is entirely dedicated to strengthening the core (deep abdominals, pelvic floor, stabilizing muscles), with a precise, controlled, and challenging approach.The session revolves around fundamental exercises such as the Dead Bug Hundred and the Teaser, enhanced by the use of ankle and hand weights, as well as a small ball, to increase intensity, body awareness, and placement quality.
The goal is to develop:
• a strong and responsive core,
• improved lumbopelvic stability,
• better posture,
• fine coordination between breath and movement.
Each exercise is performed slowly, with a particular emphasis on precision, control, and deep engagement, for effective work without unnecessary compression.
An ideal class for practitioners who want to deepen their practice, refine their sensations, and intelligently strengthen their core.
It is entirely possible to do this class without props.
