A class focused on core strength and coordination. We start lying down with Supine breathing and Dead bug to connect breath and abdominal muscles, then Bridge one leg and Leg circle mobilize hips and spine while strengthening the glutes. The Nasty five, Hundred and Roll over sequence intensifies deep work and mobility. We finish with a proprioception focus to refine grounding, posture and stability throughout the body.
