Description
An intense and precise Level 2 Pilates class to challenge your entire core: deep abs, waist, shoulder and pelvic stability. After activating the pelvis and bridges, you'll move into a flowing series (dead bug, single & double leg stretch, seal, control balance…) to work on control, coordination and power. The end of the class with the "star" brings a more dynamic and functional touch. Perfect if you want to feel your core deeply, gain strength and confidence in all your movements.
