About this course
Description
An intensive course, designed to deeply strengthen the core and precisely sculpt the lower body. The resistance band adds control, stability, and continuous muscle engagement throughout the session.
The class is structured around targeted sets to:
• activate and strengthen the core (deep abdominals, transverse abdominis, pelvic floor),
• tone the legs with a focus on quadriceps, hamstrings, and adductors,
• deeply stimulate the glutes for improved lumbopelvic stability,
• enhance alignment, posture, and movement control.
The course can be done without equipment.
