Description
A Pilates class designed to move beyond what holds us back, sometimes without us even realizing it. A practice to identify these invisible obstacles - hesitations, resistances, inner limitations - and to overcome them through movement, precision, and commitment.Through progressive, deep, and demanding exercises, we build strength, stabilize our core, and develop a form of confidence in our efforts. Here, the body becomes a field of exploration: we learn to hold, to breathe through intensity, to push past discomfort to discover a more grounded power.
A class to strengthen yourself physically, to push yourself mentally, and to prove to yourself that you are often capable of much more than you believe.
