Description
In this yoga class, we start with an intense and creative flow centered around stomach vacuum*, twisting postures, and also heart-opening and balancing postures to activate detox and stimulate the digestive system.
*If you're not yet familiar with the stomach vacuum, remember to start with the introductory class to this technique available in the program.
