Description

This Pilates class is specifically designed to strengthen the glutes and pelvic stabilizing muscles, while improving placement quality and movement control.


The session is structured around variations of quadruped and bridge exercises, enhanced by the use of ankle weights and a small ball to intensify muscle work, optimize glute activation, and engage lumbopelvic stability.


The objective is to:

• deeply strengthen and tone the glutes,

• improve pelvic stability,

• support posture and lower back protection,

• develop a better connection between the core and lower limbs.


Each sequence is executed with precision, slowness, and control, emphasizing alignment, dissociation, and quality of engagement.
