Description
A yoga class designed as a freer, more intuitive, more personal exploration. A practice not quite like others, in which each movement becomes a way to affirm one's feelings, presence, and energy.Here, options are given in each exercise to allow each body to choose, adjust, and interpret. Not to do "more" or "better," but to practice in a way that is more accurate, more vibrant, and more embodied. The body does not have to fit into a fixed form: it is invited to express itself, to nuance, to reveal its own signature.
A class to cultivate a more magnetic presence, develop self-awareness, and allow a freer, more confident, more unique way of inhabiting movement to emerge.
