After a gentle warm-up on the floor, we'll follow with a series of exercises, with options, to target the glutes, adductors, and waist. The double leg lift exercise strengthens core stability while toning the inner and outer thighs. An ideal class to tone the lower body and waist, and also to gain control in every movement.
