Description
A class entirely dedicated to lower back mobility and spinal articulation. We use the wall, pelvic tucks and bridges to consciously unroll and roll each vertebra. Movements like spine stretch and cat stretch create space in the lumbar spine, release tension, and improve overall alignment. Ideal if you often feel "stiff" in your lower back and want to regain fluidity and comfort in your posture.
