A symbol of grounding, it is the foundation of good health. It also evokes social and financial stability, security, self-confidence, courage, and vitality. It anchors itself in daily life by developing good relationships with others.DIET
Eat in peace. All red foods regenerate the root chakra.
Fruits: tomato, strawberry, raspberry, blackberry, cranberry, pomegranate, currant, peach, and blood orange
Vegetables: red pepper, chili, red leafy salad
Also root vegetables such as potato, carrot, beet, red onion, garlic, and ginger.
CHAKRA MASSAGE
Massaging the root chakra is done from the base of the spine up to the kidneys, using a neutral vegetable oil base combined with an energizing blend of essential oils: cinnamon, tea tree, rose, and cedar. Foot massage is also recommended.
