A targeted class to deeply awaken and strengthen your core while boosting your energy. Here, we work the entire abdominal belt and postural muscles to build a solid, stable, and functional core. The session alternates precise exercises, controlled sequences, and progressive variations to improve posture, define the waist, support the lower back, and gain power throughout the body. An ideal format to refocus, regain stability, and feel a real difference in posture from the end of the class.
