About this course
Description
This is the beginning of the Pilates Level 1 program. Using your breath and observations, you will start the class by becoming aware of your body's core. Laure will guide you with easy-to-understand step-by-step instructions and visual cues. By the end of the class, you will have a better understanding of Pilates and will have laid the foundation to progress further, having already established Pilates breathing, an understanding of the term neutral pelvis, and the concepts of core and elongation.
