A yoga class designed as a reset, a space to return to basics, release what clutters, and regain clarity, both in body and mind.
Through a flow focused on twists, we wring out tension, stimulate digestion, rekindle energy, and find inner spaciousness. Twists become a true guiding thread here: they invite detoxification, recentering, circulation, and then returning to oneself with more lightness and presence.
This class is part of an intention for a deep reset, a return to ground zero — that neutral, stable, clear place from which one can restart more aligned.
Combine with a Morning Club meditation to extend the experience, integrate the benefits of the practice, and establish this state of calm, recentering, and inner availability.
