Description
My breakfast recipe, super easy to make, quick and healthy.Ingredients:
Gluten-free or natural sourdough bread
Avocados
Feta
Flax seeds
Steps:
Toast the bread
Spread the guacamole
Arrange the feta
Sprinkle with flax seeds
Enjoy!
The Guacamole:
In a bowl or using a hand blender:
2 ripe avocados
salt/pepper to taste, add a little Espelette pepper powder.
My tip:
Espelette pepper: antioxidants like flavonoids which protect our body's cells from premature aging due to free radicals; vitamin C, B6, E and K; capsaicin, a molecule that has the virtue of stimulating appetite as well as metabolism.
