My breakfast recipe, super easy, quick and healthy.Ingredients:
4 slices of bread, preferably gluten-free or sourdough
Nut butter (peanut, almond, etc.)
Seasonal fruits
Cinnamon
Steps:
Toast the bread
Spread the almond butter
Arrange the fruits
Sprinkle with cinnamon
Enjoy!
My tip:
cinnamon helps limit blood sugar spikes.
