MEANING

The crown chakra is white-violet, symbolizing spirituality, the pure energy of consciousness.

It is located at the top of the head, under the fontanel, and is the center of connection with the universe and the invisible world. It allows one to elevate consciousness, spirituality, and discern good from bad. Its magnetism is powerful, connecting us to the entire universe.

DIET

All white foods regenerate the 7th chakra.

FRUITS: lychee, guava, apple, pear, dragon fruit, white peach

VEGETABLES: cauliflower, fennel, white asparagus, yam, soy sprouts, white leek, mushroom, white beans, chickpeas
