Description
We're starting the Spring Detox program together to stimulate the digestive system with various twisting postures. We'll also work on emotional detox in upcoming classes with hip-opening exercises.
Remember to complete a breathing class before the Spring Detox program classes and a relaxation class afterward. You can easily find them in the Breathing & Relaxation tab.
