Description
The ideal class for Day 3 of your Wellness Week: a session designed to release the tension accumulated after the first two days and allow the body to gently integrate the work. We slow down, breathe, and let space return to often-used areas: hips, hamstrings, back. The pace is deliberately progressive, with held stretches, guided mobilizations, and a deep return to calm to regain a feeling of fluidity and lightness. You finish feeling freer, more aligned, and ready to continue the week with a responsive body.Goals: active recovery, relaxation, mobility, hip opening, calming the nervous system.
